Our pasta making class in Verona takes place in our Italian home, just 300 metres from Verona Arena, in the heart of the city’s historic centre. We welcome only small groups of up to eight guests, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where everyone can enjoy cooking, sharing stories and experiencing authentic Italian hospitality.
We’ll greet you with a traditional Aperol Spritz and a selection of local specialities while getting to know each other. Once everyone is ready, you’ll receive your apron, cooking equipment and all the fresh ingredients needed for the class.
Together we’ll prepare a classic Italian tiramisù, allowing it to chill while we begin the main part of the experience: making fresh pasta completely from scratch. You’ll learn how to prepare two different types of handmade pasta, rolling, shaping and cutting the dough by hand using traditional techniques that you can easily recreate at home.
Once the pasta is ready, we’ll prepare two delicious traditional sauces that perfectly match each pasta shape. Everything is made using simple, authentic Italian recipes and high-quality local ingredients.
All of our recipes come directly from Enrico’s grandmother and have been passed down through generations. We believe that great Italian food doesn’t require complicated techniques or expensive equipment, just fresh ingredients, a few traditional secrets and plenty of passion.
There’s no need to take notes during the class. After the experience, we’ll send you all the recipes by email so you can recreate everything at home for your family and friends.
This isn’t just a cooking class, it’s an authentic Italian home experience.
You’ll cook, taste, laugh and share dinner together in our home while discovering local traditions and Italian family recipes. After cooking, we’ll gather on our beautiful terrace to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared together, accompanied by carefully selected regional wines chosen by Enrico, a certified sommelier.
Our goal is simple: to make you feel like friends visiting an Italian family rather than guests attending a commercial cooking school.
Come and enjoy an unforgettable evening of fresh pasta, local wines and genuine Italian hospitality in the heart of Verona.
