PROGRAM
Departure from Cavaion at 9:15
Transfer to the first winery in the Valpolicella area. Guided tour of the winery and tasting of four typical red wines from their production: Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, and one of the winery’s signature wines.
Transfer to the second winery, located in Valgatara, in the heart of the Valpolicella classic area.
Guided visit of the vineyards and the cellar, followed by a tasting of six wines from the winery’s own Lake Garda and Valpolicella production, including Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Amarone.
The tasting also includes the estate’s extra virgin olive oil.
Transfer back to Cavaion, with arrival at approximately 13:15
Wine cannot be served to minors; alternative beverages will be provided.
The tastings will be conducted directly in English by the winery staff. Some local baked products will be served to accompany the wine tastings.
